Central Heating and Boilers

ASP's Gas & Oil Services offers a total service for both Gas & Oil central heating. This includes boiler replacement, installation and servicing and general repair work. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and of the materials we use. We can install and repair combi boilers and gas water heaters.

All new boilers and central heating systems are installed strictly in accordance with Gas Safety (User & Installer) Regulations 1998 (GS(UI)R 1998), British Standards and Building Regulations Part L, Energy and Power Conservation.

This means, firstly and most importantly, your boiler will be installed safely. All rules and regulations in force will be followed, providing optimum performance and reliability from your system.

All manufacturers warranties will be validated. On completion of the work you will receive a certificate from the building authorities (via Gas Safe Register) stating that your system fully complies with all the regulations in force (see compliance with Building Regulations Part L). This certificate is normally asked for when a property is being sold.
